I got there today Sunday and they were 4 bags of the food that I left still intact for them to let me know that she wasn’t eating her food and is been 2 days and also that the parmesan cheese didn’t work. I left a bag with her snacks and her food also divided in bags with a little bit of parmesan cheese because sometimes she is a little bit picky. Boarding package owners subject to the same policies concerning cancellations or no-shows.I left my puppy from 5 months on Thursday due to our family and I going out of town! We got an interview to see how she does and she was doing fine.

Day Care/ Boarding packages never expire!.

For package refunds within 30 days, nights used will be charged at single night rate and day care packages will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).

No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.

Cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation and 'no-shows' forfeit their 50% deposit.

A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.

7 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.

Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.If you are a no-show or cancel within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.

If you cancel 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
